“ACE”
line taps enable efficient connections to be made between aluminum &
copper conductors. The special construction of the bi-metal junction ensures
adequate protection against electrolytic corrosion when the tap is applied
in accordance with the recommended instructions.
The
continuous
rating is 60 amperes and is suitable for connecting aluminum and copper
conductors in the range of diameters given in the table.
The tap is
constructed of brass & aluminum alloy of adequate section to carry
the rated current, and can be supplied with slots at 90o to each
other or in line
